Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through the quote request form on this website.
What we collect. When you request a quote, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and the address of the property with the problem, along with a description of what's going on. You can also add a link, photos, an inspection report, or a video of the issue if that helps us understand the job. Those are optional.
How we use it. We use this information only to respond to your request and, if you hire us, to schedule and carry out the work. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Sharing. We don't share your information with outside companies. The only exceptions are the tools we use to run the business, like our customer-contact software and our phone and email providers, and only so we can respond to you and do the work.
Attachments. Photos, inspection reports, and videos you send us are stored securely and deleted after 180 days.
Records. Details of your request stay in our business records and in the software we use to keep track of customer contacts, so we can follow up with you and keep a record of the job.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses Google Analytics, run through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. We don't use advertising trackers. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as a request not to sell or share your information.
Deletion requests. If you'd like us to delete your information, email ed@edssewerandwaterrepair.com and we'll remove it from our systems, except records we need to complete an active job, honor a workmanship warranty, or meet a legal or accounting requirement.
Contact. Questions about this policy: call (303) 513-1233 or email ed@edssewerandwaterrepair.com.
