These terms cover the use of this website and the quotes and work described on it.

Quotes. A free quote is an estimate based on what you tell us and what we can see. It isn't a binding offer. Pricing and scope become final only when you and Ed's Sewer & Water Repair sign a written agreement.

Work and warranty. All work is performed under a written agreement that states the scope of the job. Completed work carries a 10-year transferable warranty on workmanship, as described in that agreement.

Website content. Information on this site is general and meant to help you understand the kind of work we do. It isn't engineering advice and shouldn't be used to plan or carry out work yourself.
